What would I do at Dalkia? * Inspect electrical equipment, wiring, fixtures, and other components of street lighting to ensure it remains functional and are up to code, as well as to identify any hazards or issues * Determine the reasons for any malfunctions of systems or components. * Hands-on work with electrical tools and equipment, such as  voltmeters, line locators, and ohmmeters to ensure the system remains safe and that components are compatible * Utilize proprietary software to record all maintenance and repair work conducted, including a record of any supplies ordered and used * Be available for on-call emergency rotation typically one week per month * Safely and efficiently complete assigned tasks on a daily basis including street lighting repairs, replacements, troubleshooting, etc What is Dalkia looking for in a candidate? * New Mexico Journeyman License * Driver’s License * Certified DMV Records for past 3 years * CDL preferred but not required * Must be able to perform electrical maintenance * Strong working knowledge of current electrical standards and regulations * Demonstrable ability to use electrical hand tools (e.g., wire strippers, voltmeter etc.) and read electrical drawings and blueprints * DOT physical required * Bucket Truck experience preferred * Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving ability * Strong organizational skills * Must be available for 24-hour emergency response during scheduled on-call rotation * OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 a plus Who is Dalkia Energy Solutions?
